Cancellations I require 24 hour notice minimum to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to notify will result in a charge of 50% of your scheduled service(s). Note: it is considered fraud to freeze your card or report to your bank or credit card company that you have not made the charge. Missed Appointments Failure to cancel an appointment in the appropriate amount of time and/or no-show will result in a charge of 50% of scheduled service(s). Late Arrivals Please take note: if you are more than 5 minutes late for a small length service you will be considered a no-show appointment and charged 50% of the scheduled service. Every attempt will be made to provide you with your service. Longer length service(s) that are more than 10 minutes late may either have a shorter service, not receive part of their scheduled service(s), and/ or be charged 50% of their scheduled service(s). Every attempt will be made to provide you with your scheduled service(s) at the highest quality. Booking Appointments A valid card is required for booking all appointments. Nothing will be charged to your card unless you no-show your appointment or fail to cancel in the appropriate time.
